NEW SEASON SAME CHAMPIONS!!!
The ladies started fantastic in this match, with a great defense at one point they had +4 and they gave defending Champions a run for the money. But once again @astrahandballclub shows how powerful they are and by half time they are coming back into the game and we go on halftime at 12:12.
The second half like two different teams went out, while our girls slowed down, Astra ladies hit fifth gear and once again showed why are they Champions and ended this match with 19:32 on the scoreboard.
We can’t be unhappy with our ladies, loads of injuries hit them this year and they fought till the end. We see some progress and hopefully, next season will be much better and we finally see the full team in action.

After Cup Final and a tough win over them, we knew it won’t be easy today against @astrawingshandball and we weren’t wrong.
Our boy’s didn’t start the match well as coach Tomas want and after just 5min AstraWings had 0:5 on the scoreboard and it was time for the first reaction from the coach and timeout. The boys went back and started to play defense and slowly come back to the game but the very good AstraWings team didn’t have in plan to surrender that easily. We went on halftime with 16:18. Second half started a little better but AstraWings boy’s made it clear they came to ruin our perfect score this season. Very intense second half and amazing @matija_jelic and @jestembbartek on goal,we managed to secure another win and another Championship in a very tight match that ended 32:31.
Boy’s are taking another gold home, which is the 11th Championship for our club and we are very proud of this team as they finished this season undefeated. Congratulations to @matija_jelic and @coachgerve on the Player of the Match award.
We would like to thank @astrawingshandball boys for very good matches and fair play, and we wish them to stay together for next year so we have more exciting matches like this.
And last but not least we would like to congratulate our dear @astrahandballclub ladies on winning another Championship and going double home again. It looks like they are trying to follow our boy’s results in the last two years taking doubles home.
