Amazing handball weekend is finished and we can’t be more than happy and proud of both of our teams.
Saturday for our ladies didn’t start very well first match and lost against @dublincityhandball 11-3, our ladies secured two wins against @ucd_olympic_handball (7-4) and @ucc_olympic_handball_club (8-7) the final match that was taking a winner into finals our girls draw 9-9 against @astrahandballclub and sadly one goals short for the finals. That didn’t stop them with a few missing and injured players that they show up today and show what they really can. Two amazing wins against @ucd_olympic_handball and @ucc_olympic_handball_club and 3rd place in IOHA CUP for our ladies.
Well done girls we are very proud of you.
We would also like to congratulate to @astrahandballclub on winning the IOHA CUP and @dublincityhandball girls on 2nd place. Well done to everyone.
What to say about our boys? Well, it’s hard to say much as from day to day this team is showing how good they are.
Saturday started with a win over @ucc_olympic_handball_club 11-6, then a tough battle against @dublincityhandball that ended with a very hard win 10-9 for our boys. After that, our boys took on @ucd_olympic_handball and won 15-8, and in the last match of the day against @astrawingshandball secured a win 14-11 and took a place in the finals without defeat. We all knew that finals will be a good match as @astrawingshandball showed some nice handball over the weekend and we didn’t miss much. Fantastic match from both sides and exciting as handball it can be for one final. Our boy’s gave all they got and got a win 39-36 and another gold medal. To say at least it was a tough battle and good opponents made this final very interesting hopefully in the future we gonna have more matches like this.

It was a wonderful handball weekend. Now we are waiting for the last round of the Championship till then we gonna prepare and have some fun.
